My aunt threw a surprise party for my cousin Jennifer on Friday night!

My parents have been wanting to get another dog. They think Lulu needs a buddy. After weeks of looking through the papers they finally found a pup they wanted. We spent a while trying to come up with names. My three options were 1. Bonsai (a perfect pug name), 2. Lottie Moon (my mom likes to name her pups after famous women), 3. Dobby (a perfect name as well since pugs look like house elves). Needless to say all of my ideas were shot down. However, I did say that they should name her after a Golden Girl. So, they came up with Sophie, derived from Sophia Petrillo.

Lulu is a small pug, but she looks like a giant next to Sophie’s little 1.5 lb frame!

Happy Birthday Aunt Diane!

I took a handful of pictures during my Aunt Diane’s birthday party over a month ago! This is a lovely picture of my aunt with her two grandchildren! Every year we celebrate her birthday at the pool! It’s such a fun tradition!

Memory Lane

Growing up my dad took a lot of pictures, but he always got them developed into slides. A few months ago he bought a contraption and some software and has somehow scanned every picture onto his computer. I took my external hard drive home a few weeks ago and loaded it up with over 10 gigs of pictures. I will be sharing many of them, but here are some favorites from a couple of albums.
